چکیده
<p class="Default"><strong>Background:</strong> Chrysanthemum is one of the most popular landscape plants worldwide. Introducing desirable traits into this plant by conventional breeding has limitations due to cross-incompatibility. An approach problem introduction resistance or tolerance via genetic transformation. <em>In vitro</em> regeneration necessary for implementing transformation systems; therefore, morphogenesis required before any attempt. <strong>Objective</strong>: To induce from leaf explant <em>Dendranthema grandiflora</em> var Micromargara. <strong>Methodology</strong>: Micropropagation node cuttings was induced 3 cm in length 6 months-old that were used as explants produce seedlings source explants. Morphogenesis experiments done using segments 1 cm2 8-weeks-old <em>in vitro </em>seedlings. The transferred basal medium Murashige and Skoog at 4.4 gL-1 supplemented with different growth regulators. During morphogenic process, leaves samples collected detect which process induced. <strong>Results: </strong>Node culture on 3.3 benzylaminopurine 2.2 µM yielded a vegetative increase 7 shoots, 2 12 per cutting, stem 9.5 cm. three ways morphogenesis: direct indirect roots organogenesis (rhizogenesis) and, shoot organogenesis. Direct rhizogenesis regulator-free (18 roots/explant). Indirect less efficient than rhizogenesis, get obtaining six cultured g L-1 supplemented 0.4 thidiazuron 4.5 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, 9.05 acid. L-1 13.32 4.83 naphthalene acetic acid; 50% callus formed shoots (2 shoots/leaf explant). Through histological analysis it possible verify response obtained <strong>Implications:</strong> Regeneration var. Micromargara established herein will allow improvement variety through techniques mediated Agrobacterium other strategy incorporate silence genes interest plant. <strong>Conclusion</strong>: high capacity Micromargara, may provide an model further investigating mechanism without regulators.</p>

Six new germacranolides, zawadskinolides A-F (1-6), and a new eudesmane glucoside, chrysantiloboside (7) were isolated from the aerial parts of Dendranthema zawadskii var. latilobum, along with thirteen known constituents. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic evidence. Bioassay showed that flavonoids such as apigenin (9), (-)-eriodictyol (10) and nepetin (12), as well as t...
متن کاملRoles of DgBRC1 in Regulation of Lateral Branching in Chrysanthemum (Dendranthema ×grandiflora cv. Jinba)
The diverse plasticity of plant architecture is largely determined by shoot branching. Shoot branching is an event regulated by multiple environmental, developmental and hormonal stimuli through triggering lateral bud response. After perceiving these signals, the lateral buds will respond and make a decision on whether to grow out. TCP transcriptional factors, BRC1/TB1/FC1, were previously prov...
